Bayard-Condict Bldg.

65 Bleecker Street
New York, NY 10012

Built in 1899, the Bayard-Condict building is the only work of architect Louis Sullivan in New York City. The building has recently (relative to it's age) been fully restored to it's original beauty. It has been designated a landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission and it is a National Historic Landmark.

Stop for a moment and gaze up next time you pass the building. The detail is incredible.
