The Landmarks Preservation Commision governs the appearance of all buildings in landmarked historic districts in New York City. Almost all of our neighborhood is located in three historic districts. If you are unsure if your store is in a landmark structure, click here to check.

The Landmarks Preservation Commision has released their new Guidelines for Storefront Design in Historic Districts.
