399 Lafayette: This is a gorgeous white-box space designed for experiential events. Managed by Elevate, the events and catering division of Retail Worx, this space is 2050 square feet and can accomodate up to 200 standing guests or 150 theatre-seating guests. The Smile: The Smile has two spaces available for events, The Wine Cellar and a full restaurant buyout. The Wine Celler seats up to 24, with food and beverage minimums ranging from $500 for a weekday breakfast to $1000 for dinner. Saxon + Parole: This NoHo restaurant offers two spaces for rent and full restaurant buyouts. The Wine Celler has a capacity of 42 seated guests or 50 standing, while the Panel Room accomodates 38 seated guests and 45 standing guests. A full restaraunt buyout is able to hold up to 250 guests! Menus range from canapes for a cocktail reception to prix fixe menus ranging from $68 per person to $115 per person! Bar packages are also available. The Lounge is an intimate space with a private sushi bar accomodating up to 75 guests and a rental fee of $950 to $350, dependent on day, and a minimum spend of $9000 to $15000. Lastly, the Upper Dining Room is a large event space ideal for large dinners of up to 85 seated guests, with a rental fee of $1200 to $3500 and no minimum spend!
